CAMERON ROY
Cameron Roy left the corporate world to become a full-time real estate investor in early 2020, focusing primarily on multifamily value-add real estate. Since then, he has been able to grow his portfolio to more than 500 units, while helping other investors learn and gain access to the multifamily real estate market. Growing up in a small West Texas town, Cameron started a landscaping company in the 7th grade and ran it through high school.
He received his Associates of Commercial Music from South Plains College and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from Texas Tech University. From there, he wrote a book and immediately married the girl of his dreams. When not working, Cameron enjoys playing golf, playing music, volunteering with his church, being with friends, and cheering on his Red Raiders.
Chris Coleman has been investing both actively and passively in real estate since 2012, with a current investment portfolio of more than 1800 units in major markets in Texas, Tennessee, Florida, and Virginia. His experience as a business owner and operator, investor, and senior executive spans more than 15 years, during which time he led the strategic start-up, growth, and acquisition of several successful multimillion-dollar business ventures.
He has a Masters degree from Saint Louis University, B.S. from Stephen F. Austin State University, and Certification in Nonprofit Management from the University of Texas. Chris is a continuously growing husband and father of three children. When not working, he enjoys hanging out with friends and family, backyard barbequing, playing guitar, and training martial arts.
